This stay really was the stay of my life the pool in hard rock hotel is amazing and so are thier services the rooms are lavish and the tonic bar was the place i spent my most of the time the staff at the bar is really humble and a staff member of tonic bar elvira really helped me with food and was very humble so a special thanks to her .

Loved the hospitality and care the hotel staff showed. Would love to return here for a holiday. The food was great, susan was a great help and always welcomed us to the restaurant with a smile always. needed more options in the buffet. Other than that rest was great, the spa, the proximity to tourist places and secluded area of the hotel.

We are from Tamil Nadu.Came for for 3 days.We liked pool area alot and spent main time here.Tonic bar became our favourite bar.Staff servicevis alert,food was very tasty,drinks fresh and well done.Thank you Elvira,Deepak,Dev,Amit,Bittu and Nitin.We will come back.

Wow true 5 star experience. Breakfast buffet was awesome with many choices you can only think of. The longest and beautiful pool I have seen till date. Open till late night is added advantage. Mitali from guest relation was so welcoming. Special thanks for my birthday cake and decorations.
